"I called Ben Franklin at noon on Saturday, and scheduled me for service first thing Sunday morning, but put me on a list if a repairman was available later on Saturday. At 4pm on Saturday I received a call that a repairman (Michael) could come. He arrived in ten minutes. Took a look at the water heater, and after several attempts was able to get the pilot light on. He let it run for about 15 minutes, and then turned it off and on a couple of more times to ensure that it was working properly. Michael was courteous and very informative. We discussed draining the water heater, and the possibility of a water softener. I could not have been more pleased with his work."

"The plumber referred me to a leak finder, who was quite a bit less expensive than the last one I used. He located the hot water leak under the slab and under some kitchen cabinets over the slab. Since this was the third leak found in the last few months the plumber advised that the whole house be re-piped (similar to what the previous plumber suggested if another leak was found). The re-piping was scheduled promptly and the work took two to three workmen three days to complete. Everything works perfectly. Done on time and at no additional cost over the quoted price."
