I asked for the deck to be cleaned, sealed with a semi-transparent stain, and some boards replaced that had splintered or been chewed on by squirrels. He did an excellent job with the work I requested including the replacement of the top rails and around the side lattice work. He was very careful with covering my brick patio underneath and cleaning up any residue from the stain. I was impressed with the work and I will use him again."

He also washed my front sidewalk and stoop. I advised him that my patio door screen was off the tracks and he adjusted the door, inspected the rollers and greased them and the track, cleaned and greased the tracks and tested the working of the door thoroughly.
