"VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. I don't normally write reviews, but the service we were provided through this company with Wyatt was so exceptional that I am writing this one. The receptionist was courteous, quick to understand our needs and to send someone out (Wyatt B) to work them. We were given a time-frame for his arrival, his name, and a text message with photo id 10 minutes before his arrival. He was on time, did a thorough inspection of our areas of concern, was curteous, professional, knowledgeable, and suggested several courses of action. There was no pressure to choose a particular course of action, just knowledgeable input, and questions and responses were given serious consideration. With the help of his apprentice, Milton, Wyatt was able to remove our old water heater (with great care and no damage at all to our stairs or walls), obtain and install our new one, all in one day. He carefully explained how to operate the new one, and what we need to do to maintain it. The faucets were inspected and fixed (bathroom) and our new kitchen faucet installed. All this in one day! They were careful to clean up what little mess the job made. We called with a question 4 days after the job was completed, and got a very quick response. Cannot say enough about the integrity, quality, and honesty of this worker and I think I can rightly say from his remarks, this company. Highly recommend and we will definitely use this company for any future plumbing needs. The price was in normal limits."

"I had a great experience with The Water Line Group LLC for our main water line replacement. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. They explained the work clearly, communicated well, and handled the replacement efficiently. I really appreciate their hard work, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Replacing a main water line can be stressful, but they made the process much easier. I’m very pleased with their service and would highly recommend The Water Line Group LLC to anyone needing water line repair or replacement. Thank you to the entire team for a job well done!"

"Dan and his team at American Plumbing, Inc did a great job replacing our water main pipe. I sent a quote request Saturday afternoon. Within minutes I got a call from Dan saying he could come Sunday morning for on-site review. Within a hour of visit I received a very reasonable quote. Crew came 9am Tuesday and water was back on by noon. Great communication, service, price and warranty. You canâ t go wrong with American Plumbing, Inc if you need your water main repaired or replaced!"

"Great. Didn't need to cut drywall (this time). Repair was made to fix leaking. Experienced plumber cleaned surrounding area to remount and seal to house siding. It's much better than before! Would hire again to fix all plumbing issues. Great service!"

"Our water heater stopped working overnight and we contacted Done Rite Services in the early morning to diagnose the issue. They immediately responded and said someone would be out to the house later that afternoon/evening. Edgardo called later in the day and asked if he could come out earlier. Upon arrival he took the proper COVID precautions and wore and mask and also ensured he covered his shoes to protect our floors. After diagnosing the problem and considering the age of the water heater and the overall installation not being up to code, we decided a replacement was needed. Edgardo thoroughly and patiently described the options for a replacement water heater and quickly checked if they were result in stock. After deciding on a model, he was able to schedule an installation in about 24 hours! During the replacement, Edgardo and Ethan were very thoughtful, respectful, and thorough, ensuring they took care to install the water heater correctly and to code. They were both wonderful to work with, very professional, and caring to make sure the installation was correct. We will definitely consider them for future plumbing work!!!"

"Albert and Joseph provided truly exceptional service during their visit to my home. Albert first installed my kitchen faucet and food processor, and then, both came back to install a water heater with remarkable professionalism, care, and efficiency. From the moment they arrived, they were responsive, respectful, and incredibly warm. They took the time to explain my options, helped me feel at ease, and ensured I understood why the water heater they recommended was the best choice on the market. On top of that, they went above and beyond by fixing a separate issue in my shower without hesitation. Their dedication, expertise, and kindness made the entire experience outstanding. I am deeply grateful for their work and highly recommend them."

"First rate emergency replacement of a burst residential main water pipe in the front yard. Nate provided a very competitive bid and highly competent service to complete work in a very short period of time. Surface disturbance was minimal and cleaned up on project completion. County inspections passed flawlessly. No reservations in recommending Clearwater Plumbing & Repair, Inc., to meet the plumbing repair needs of HomeAdvisor subscribers."

"Pros: did a kitchen faucet replacement and valve replacement. work was great and well done. Technician very friendly and professional. Cost a little high but not outside range that AI says it would be. Cons: scheduling/dispatch - missed the window on day 1 and didn't say anything. I reached out and found they were behind for the day. Moved to next day. They were right on time at the top of the window"

"Project: Repair or replace Natural Gas Furnance. Timely, courteous, and knowledgeable professional service. Clearly explained problems and solutions to rectify each, including cost of each option."
