"The work was done by a very professional crew, and the price was extremely reasonable. We were quoted a price for a smaller job by another (supposedly reputable) company, but they didn't produce. "My experience started out great, from the first call to the evaluation. I was able to get an appointment within the same week. Even called back to let me know an opening had become available. During the evaluation I felt AAA Basement was being honest with me about what was needed. No Services were needed, but I was a list of things to work on to prevent mold from developing. The list was explained thoroughly and discussed the need for a Dehumidifier. We have since put in the dehumidifier and things are going great.
