"The initial representative that I spoke to on the phone she was wonderful. I was referred to one of their contractors that could do the job. The job was done very well. Only complaint, I have was a gentleman that I had to speak to customer service quality. Very vague on his answers and at the very end when he asked for payment, I sent it to him. I told him thank you and he never responded back, rude and unprofessional in my opinion. Forget enough task you are good enough to say thank you after you have been paid. I paid $1000 to replace 20 Luxury, laminate panels. As I said, the job was done very well, but the gentleman could step it up on the way he communicates with the public."

"I hired James to install seven interior doors (hallway, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a closet). He was polite and on time, but only two doors worked properly after installation. Several doors jam, require force to close, or will not fully shut. He returned to make adjustments, but most of the problems remain and the doors will likely need to be redone. He also appeared to have limited tools for making proper door adjustments. Based on my experience, I would not hire him again or recommend him for similar work."
