"The repairman (I forget his name) came out to give me a bid and surprised me by telling me he could fix the problem that day but didn't have all the parts. He left to go get the parts and came back about an hour later. He fixed/rerouted the plumbing under my kitchen sink to allow for the new deeper sink I had installed. He was very nice, skilled, finished the job that day, and I was finally able to use my new and beautiful SS sink. The cost was very fair and not overpriced. I have already recommended Simons to a coworker who hired them to do some work in their bathroom. I will hire them again."

"These guys get it done! The appointment needed to pick our carpet seemed odd at first but really helped in making our decision. We asked to look at carpet in a specific price range and though the quality was good we didn't see what we wanted. There was no sales pressure to upgrade. When we asked what other options were available in a higher price range we were shown a carpet that had the color tones we wanted. At first it looked as though our choice would have a long lead time but that was avoided by someone taking the time to do a follow up on a carpet that was on hold to see if was available our project. The install was projected to take two days but the installation crew brought in extra help to get done in one long day when they realized it would work out. Perhaps the most significant benefit in working with an experienced team is that our quoted price was very precise for the amount of material actually needed. We were able to purchase a much higher quality carpet at about the same installed cost as was quoted by others who apparently charge you for a lot of material that ends up as waste."
