"Wanted to charge me 600$ just to replace a shower faucet cartridge. So I paid the 100$ appointment fee and had them tell me the part number so i could order it off amazon for 30$ and replace it myself. I already did the disassembly of the faucet myself and they still wanted to charge me 600$ for 10 min replacement"

"We had our sewer line spot repaired due to root encroachment. This is an expensive repair, no matter what company you use. They gave us a competitive bid, got us on the schedule, and did the work as promised (showed up when agreed upon, left the area cleaned up, and sent us a photo/video of the work done)."

"the first technician installed a new coil, but didn't check the rest of the air conditioner. When the repaired system went back online, we noticed some significant water pooling in the garage. When they sent out their master technician, he diagnosed the problem quickly, applied what we already had paid (for repairs) to a new system, and got it up and running in a day."

"Adelmo did wonderful work. I had a problem with my toilet, the fill valve needed to be replaced and I had difficulty connecting the water supply line. Adelmo had to go to a plumbing supply shop for some parts but returned and quickly repaired the toilet. He constantly kept me informed on when he would arrive and return. His fee was reasonable and I would definitely use this company again if I had plumbing needs."
