"<p>Very professional and affable to work with!</p> <p>I first contacted Superior Shine thru Angie?s List.  David promptly came at appointed time and  gave an estimate to clean all windows, sliding door & front door.  We had 4 picture windows that had gathered moisture within the double-pane and looked foggy.  David mentioned that this is a common phenomenon as double paned picture windows age and that he will clean the windows but the moisture being inside will still look foggy.  Indeed these were old windows.   So I told him that I will think over and consider alternatives.  I decided to replace the picture window glasses - again contacting thru Angie?s list and very satisfied with the newly found Glass replacement company (Chattanooga Premier Glass). </p> <p>I then contacted Superior Shine & mentioned that 4 picture windows have been replaced & that they do not need to be cleaned.  So I got a revised quote with reduced price.</p> <p>David and Karen worked meticulously on cleaning all windows & they did an excellent job.  The thing that impressed my wife and myself is that they on their own volition, cleaned many other items that were not part of the contract.  As an example my wife noticed that all bathroom mirrors were thoroughly cleaned, garage door glasses, even the new picture windows were cleaned as there were a few spots.  They really took pride on their work and did these extra work as they felt the house will look better with all glasses looking cleaned and shiny!</p> <p>I highly recommend them. </p> <br />"

"We replaced all windows in our home over 3 years and some doors. Each year something was ordered incorrectly and took a little longer to get the correct windows to finish the job. On the 3rd year we ordered the windows in Feb. 2018 and the job was finally finished in Dec 2018. We were always treated kindly, but it was a very frustrating process with having the right windows ordered multiple times, but the wrong windows kept coming in. I really don't think we would use Window World if we had known how frustrating it would be."

"We would not recommend - the best priced quote is not always the best: <br /> Even though the company says they will cover the Beaufort area, we got the feeling that they preferred not to install windows here  If our property was in the Savannah area, we may have had a different experience. <br /> It was tough getting the office to return our phone calls.  Why so much advertising if your office personnel can?t handle it?? Decrease the advertising budget a bit and hire an additional assistant. <br /> The salesperson is a bit negative, but he does appear to know his stuff.  In April, after getting several other quotes, we choose this company because the price was right and they seemed to understand what we wanted and needed compared to the other quotes. <br /> We scheduled installation for September, and were told to follow-up in late July to ensure our window order goes in (thinking back, red flag - why wouldn?t they have just called me in July?) <br /> Contacted them in late July, and after a few weeks of back and forth run-around, we were told they couldn?t do our windows due to a lawsuit with Home Depot with our HOA.  Our HOA has no knowledge of a lawsuit with Home Depot and Window World never even contacted them.  I'm guessing this was just their story to back out from doing work in our area; we wish they would just not quote and schedule installations if they don't want to do work here.  <br /> This review is based on our experience with service only, and not the actual product. <br />"

"Steve was prompt and thorough he cleaned up the residue produced by his work.  Our ceiling is popcorn and he repaired  stained places and replaced the popcorn.  You can't tell where he did the work it was a beautiful job.  He replaced light fixtures in our dining room, bathroom and a bedroom.  He was very careful and did excellent work.  He put PVC pipe around the top of our 8' fence to make the yard 'cat proof'', not only did he fit the PVC onto the fence he secured it with screws.  None of our cats have gotten out over the fence since he did the work.  He did all this in just two days! <br />"
