"We hired Durable Remodeling to build a brand new front porch on our house, and it came out beautifully. We have a 120-year-old Colonial house, which is in good shape, except that the front portico and a side entrance were both falling apart. Dean gave us several different ideas about how we could replace or repair them, and he encouraged us to think creatively about what we want. "This is a family owned and run business. The do very high quality work at a very competitive price. They will also stand by their work if there are any issues. I had a slight issue with my gutter install which I noticed after the first hard rain, probably a month after the job was complete, and they were out the next day to correct it. "Mike carefully explained all facets of the job before beginning work, so I had an understanding of what to expect. His crew came prepared, clearly knew what they were doing, and were pleasant and professional at all times. I love the look of the back of my house, and, once again, can use the small porch to safely access the back yard. Most importantly, my large, screened porch was saved from further water damage, and its new roof ensures that, rather than leak through, rain will drain!"

"Celso and his crew did an excellent job with the painting and completing within the agreed upon time. The walls look beautiful and we are very happy that the eggshell finish is more durable and easier to keep clean than the flat paint we had previously.
The pricing was a little expensive, but the guys were able to also repair/patch many defects on the walls which was a huge advantage. In addition, they were good about keeping the work area clean.
The only downside was that at times it was very difficult to reach Celso on the phone and a few times I was waiting a long time for a call back. This was a little troubling during an active job. 
I would definitely recommend them to others, and am actually interested in having them look at our building's common areas to get an estimate for future work.
