"He was nice man. He treated his employee well. The measurement was right but the one cabinet was not wide enough. It was not centered on the sink. He did a good job in the pantry pull out drawers He still some adjustments to do."

"I had my kitchen remodeled by Coastal Kitchen and Bath a few months ago, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I can honestly say the experience was outstanding from start to finish. John, the owner, is not only extremely skilled and professional, but also one of the friendliest people you could hope to work with. He took the time to really listen to my ideas, made thoughtful suggestions, and guided me through the entire process so that I always felt comfortable and informed. The quality of the work speaks for itself—every detail is beautifully done, and the finished kitchen completely exceeded my expectations. It’s clear that John takes a lot of pride in what he does, and it shows in the craftsmanship. Beyond the excellent results, the project was completed on time and within budget, which gave me tremendous peace of mind. What also stood out to me was the value. Remodeling can be a big investment, but I feel that Coastal Kitchen and Bath delivered incredible quality at a very fair price. I now have a kitchen that not only looks amazing but functions perfectly for my daily life. I wholeheartedly recommend Coastal Kitchen and Bath to anyone considering a remodel. John and his team truly go above and beyond, and I couldn’t be happier with my new kitchen."

"These guys were great. Absolutely stellar service. The pricing was transparent, the crew was knowledgeable, and they made the installation very easy on me and my family. We love the new bathroom. It looks beautiful and modern vs how it looked before. I highly recommend these guys; 5 stars for the Five Star Bath team."

"I feel so insanely lucky to have come across such a talented and caring remodeling and construction group - they were referred to me and I would happily refer them to anyone else. I donâ t know if I can fully convey how smoothly my whole house remodel project went but I will sure try! The Experience: I immediately noticed that Welcome Renovation prioritizes your experience. For example - excellent project management and communication. I am incredibly busy with work and they made the whole process SO easy working around my schedule and sending pictures when I wasnâ t able to drop by in person. I felt 100% confident with the design choices they made and was happy with all of the options (these were all carefully down-selected so there werenâ t an overwhelming number of choices). I can count at least 4 - probably more if I really thought about it - ways they actually spent more money on their end to make things look better or improve functionality, without increasing the price to me. They went and fixed a number of items that had been screwed up by a previous construction group at extremely fair price additions in a seamless addition to the contract. Every single worker was friendly and courteous, and I felt safe and trusted them in my home both when I was there and when they were alone. They reached out after project completion and asked for constructive feedback - while I did not have any complaints, I had a few minor suggestions all of which they addressed and took actions on both for me and for improving for future projects. I canâ t think of anyone else in the industry who goes above and beyond like that. Aesthetics: All of the designs are absolutely gorgeous. From the textures and colors, to the fixtures, and the impeccable tile work; you can bet your place is going to look *spectacular* when they are finished. The pictures on their website donâ t do them justice - there is a â wowâ factor that cannot be conveyed in 2D. Example: long shower inlet for soaps and shampoos - spans almost the whole length of the shower and has beautiful, large and perfectly symmetric tiles in the inset. Kitchen backsplash tile work is pristine - you couldnâ t find an error if you had a magnifying glass. Functionality: Everything was designed around making my day-to-day life easier - a few examples (not an exhaustive list by any measure): Putting the shower handle to the other side of the shower entrance so I could turn it on and not get wet waiting for the water to warm up Changing to a pocket door with custom pop-out handle (much more difficult and costly) to open up the entrance to my tiny bathroom Maximizing cabinet space in my small kitchen to utilize all the corner spaces, putting in a spice drawer right next to the stove. Pricing: The pricing was slightly higher than other groups I got bids from, but seeing the end result I am (1) enjoying the sh!t out of the space on a daily basis and (2) confident there will be a return on investment later down the road if/when I sell the home. I am very, very happy with the end product and feel like my money was well spent - no regrets."

"AmeriProj. Inc did a super high quality job on our bathroom remodel. We are so happy with the outcome! Matt and the whole crew did an incredible job and we couldn't be happier with the results."

"First thing that comes to mind when I think of LBD is respect. They respected me, my wishes, my budget, and my home. They also respect their workers and it showed in our daily interactions. I had piece of mind that I was listened to and being heard by everyone. The few mistakes that were made were quickly remedied without fuss or push back. The quality of work was excellent and I am very picky. They fixed things from a prior contractor who was the exact opposite. Mo was able to create my vision for my bathroom with only materials and a few sketches. Deciphering my vision took truly listenening and patience. I not only got a beautiful bathroom, but I had piece of mind. They went on to work on the rest of the upstairs and will be starting the downstairs soon. I highly recommend Laguna Bay Devoloping."

Our great grandfathers built with their hands, and that mindset still guides how we work today.\n\nIt's a craft, but also an instinct: knowing what holds up, what matters, and how to get it right.\n\nThe Green way means looking at the full picture - the land, the materials, and the people - and building in a way that brings it all together.
