Over the years, he has redone our kitchen, our bathroom, and recently he built us a loft bedroom in our daughters’ room. He raised the ceilings from 8 to 12 feet and the results are amazing! He built us a beautiful hard maple ladder from scratch and made a metal pipe railing for the loft as well. He added lighting and plywood in our attic for easy storage. He added a ceiling fan and new electrical/usb outlets throughout. He even added fun led color lights under the loft bed to add a cool lighting effect to the room. The job required cutting a hole in drywall that had wallpaper on it and Bob was able to drill holes in the studs behind the drywall and pass wires through the holes thereby leaving the drywall looking great. He has a great knack for figuring out innovative solutions to your problems that minimize cost while making the results look great. I will continue to use him. He is very honest."

"Efrain came several times to the property so we could discuss design aspects. He was so patient with me as well as the changes I made each time before I got a quote and he started work. We had a difficult area to have work done in Venice being in the middle of the block and our back alley too small for a standard construction truck to fit.
