"The technician was very helpful in describing what the problems were (ON/OFF dial attachment broken off and clogged water level indicator). The fix for the clog was simple/cheap/quick but the broken dial required a new front panel which required an order and revisit. Still worth the cost of the fix and much cheaper than a new dryer.

"What an incredibly wonderful experience with Larry! My dryer vent got disconnected on a friday night, and I called Larry at 8 p.m. He picked up the phone and told me he could be over at about 11 on Saturday. He was right on time. He reconnected the vent, cleaned the venting system, and also answered several other questions I had about other appliances. All in all, he was at my house for almost an hour, on a saturday, and he only charged me $45. That's unbelievable value."

"Robson did a diagnostic on my five year old Maytag washer that wasn't spin drying the clothes one hundred percent. He performed the diagnostics and came to the conclusion that it was a bearing problem. He didn't advise or try influence me to repair the unit but has left the decision completely up to me. I will decide over the next few days if I will repair or replace with a new of used unit. I appreciate Robson's attitude in leaving the decision up to me and not trying to make a pitch for more work."

"The job went great. New panel works and looks great. This upgraded panel was much larger than our previous panel so he also had his stucco guy come and patch up which also looks good. He also installed an electrical line for our dryer that we thought was already installed but wasn't. Definitely will hire him again for any electrical jobs we have (and we already have more work scheduled with him). Highly recommended Scott."
