He decided on what needed to be done and he gave me the estimate. He said he would be out on a specific date around noon. He arrived on the date and 12 noon. I had requested leveling, Aeration, and seeding. He did all three. The leveling was super and slanted in the correct configuration for rain runoff, which had eroded from no grass for two years. He completed the other requests completed the job in roughly 6 hours. His price was an extreme surprise for the good. I will use him again when needed. I recommend his service 100%. "Let me start off by saying, I am probably one of the most difficult clients to work with for home renovation... I am in the trades and an avid DIY type of guy. I probably drove them crazy with questions and picky requests, but they did everything I asked and more. During the project I found out I had to replace the cast iron sewer line in my slab. Another expensive repair... Not only did Thomas Waterproofing do the job we agreed to, they also Jackhammered out the slab for the plumbing to be re-done and supplied all the stone to be back filled. He did this as a favor to help me save on costs. David and Devon the 2 team leaders are great guys and very hard workers, I would have them do work on my home any time.
