"The service tech was very though and very professional and the advantage plans are worth the time and effort got my heater ready in fall and great experience overall."

"Troy was wonderful and professional. He fixed the gap in the insulation around the ductwork in our attic at a minimal cost. He didn’t upsell us an expensive fix that we didn’t need. Hiller is my new go-to company."

"During the snow storm this past year, my heat pump stopped working. Jim Flock came out to check the system& we decided because of it's age we would replace it. The air handler was in a downstairs closet with limited room & Jim had to research units that would fit with no loss of space. Jim quickly called back with 2 options. He ordered the equipment I had chosen & set up the install when he had received the system. He arrived on time for the appointment & finished the install including modifying the duct work in the closet to save space. He cleaned up & hauled away the old equipment. Jim was friendly & knowledgeable, answered all my questions regarding the new system. In the future, I will need to replace the second older H/C system & will have no reservations on calling Jim back to do the install or for any other HVAC problems I may have. I have found it difficult in the past to find contractors willing to come out or even return my phone calls; I highly recommend American Pride, excellent work!"

"They will be on my list to contact if i need a plumber in the future. This job was time sensitive and we just could not line up a time for an estimate for the job."

"They did an impeccable job leaving everything nice and neat. 10/10 work and customer service"

"Brandon came to repair my HVAC unit after it stopped blowing cold air when it was 95 degrees outside, he diagnosed the problem and was up front with me about costs and was very transparent about the problem with the unit! He got it working again quickly and was professional the entire time! I absolutely recommend Insta Cooling & Heating to anyone!"

"He did a fine job, I had no problems and very thorough!"
