"2 different repairs as they failed a few months apart. Similar positive experience with both. The first tech diagnosed the failed motor within a few minutes which honestly surprised me, until he took the time to verbally and physically break down the dryer explaining each piece and the symptom if it had been that piece had been the problem .. should have just trusted the 30yrs exp. The washer was a royal pain, it was leaking but nearly impossible to find where. The tech came out and tried multiple methods but it would leak. He gave us his number and asked to be called the moment we saw new water in the pan .. he is here in 15mins of the call and NOW the leak was obvious .. really odd washer but very impressed the the knowledge and service focused attitude of the tech. In the end both units would have cost more to repair then replace and Turner provided a detailed estimate allowing me to submit it to my Costco CCard for re-reimbursement. While I will never by Samsung appliances again as both failed within 2 yrs. I will continue to call Turner with an appliance issues."

We texted back and forth a few times and Jerry ended up coming out the very next morning. He had all the parts he needed on his truck to make the repair and within 10 minutes he was done and out the door. So worth the money! We know our dryer will last much longer than anything we'd buy today. Highly recommend them!"

"The specialist was amazing--courteous, knowledgeable. The owner came to help--which, to me, is a great sign of attention to quality and detail, especially in the age of faceless companies that don't treat you like a person but just a number. Although it was a tight fit, they managed to get the old HWH out and the new, slightly bigger, one in. And when I say tight fit, I mean TIGHT. Our furnace and HWH are packed into this tiny closet, and it almost seems like the home builders built around this little space. We'd gotten quotes from others that said there would be extra charges to get in there and remove piping and such to get a new HWH in. After the specialist left, we noticed a metally knock sound while our A/C turned on. We called up Mark IV, the specialist came back the same day and found out it was just a loose panel--readjusted and tada, perfect! :) This is a great sign, too... To some (bad) companies, your priorities are not *their* priorities, and they give you the brush-off, the silent treatment, the "not my problem" schtick, the run-around--you know, the kind of companies you hire once, learn your lesson, and never call again. Not this one. They *know* their customer service, take pride in their work, and treated us like valued customers and people. We moved here from Chicago, and it took forever to find good services there, so we imagined it would take us a long time to find good services here... Well, we lucked out. :) We have a furnace, A/C unit, and many more big-ticket items that need regular maintenance and are due to be replaced soon (and likely to start malfunctioning... but hopefully not any time soon *fingers crossed*), and we're glad we've found a good company to call when it's time! There were no extra charges for the tight space or the second trip, or any extra fees at all! What we paid on Angie's List was all we paid. We liked Mark IV before, but we're *loyal* now--finally, a company with honesty, integrity, courtesy, and know-how all in one, who isn't reaching to nickel-and-dime the customer. Thank you so much!"

"Went well, professional service. I was disappointed that the first hour gets charged and only pro-rated after the first hour. With the service charge to come out AND paying for a full hour that wasn't totally needed (more like a half hour), I felt I should have paid a little less-but it was still less than buying a new washer. I was able to use a $10 coupon from Angie's list that helped a little."
