"Provider called my primary number about 20 minutes out.  Arrived on time well within the time window given.  Equipment and hoses on his trailer.  Used my hose and water to fill his tank for the job.  He and his partner moved a couple of things that would have prevented them from cleaning the siding.  Systematically went around the house and it doesn't look like they missed a spot. Brighter and even smells fresher.  All of the dirt and slug tracks are gone.   Have a warranty included.  They made the expected offers of other packages as to what they included and price.  No hard sell.  Got along well with my two large dogs.
