Rather than receiving a straightforward answer, I was spoken to in a condescending and dismissive tone, as if I didn’t have the right to inquire about a service I paid a significant amount for. If the answer is “no, there’s no warranty,” then just say that. I would’ve scheduled another appointment and paid for the additional work. But I refuse to support a business that treats its customers like that over the phone. I hung up and blocked the number. To whoever runs this company: please take customer service seriously. It’s hard enough to pay steep prices for plumbing work—being treated rudely on top of that is unacceptable. Hire people who are kind and respectful to your customers. You’ve lost my business."
