"I was initially very pleased with the service (RING Doorbell Hardwire Installation), then I wasn?t. The first couple days were good. Then 4 days later a humming noise begins to come from the inside doorbell ?speaker box.? It?s quite loud and the unit is warm. I attempted to call for advice/dections to rectify the issue. No response for 24 hours. He apologized for the delayed response letting me know he had not been feeling well. Cool. Made arrangement for today. I left work early, for the 2nd time, so that I could be home during the time discussed. Text to let him know I was on my way home and would there as previously discussed. Ghosted again? still has not responded ? 6 hours later. The Ring Cam is offline with no power connection?. Box is still humming? I still worried it may be a fire hazard. ?. Very unhappy with the follow up Customer Service. I really thought it would be the beginning of an ongoing relationship as I have other projects to be completed."

This is a side project business that I have been actively building for the last 6 years. I work full-time, and do handyman work on the weekends. I am different from other companies because of my perspective, design input, and aptitude to teach customers about new technology.\n\nI have worked with businesses, commercial properties, hospitals, gas stations, government agencies, home owners, and other residential people in assessing and installing various video and audio equipment as well as smart home technology and appliances. I have installed and mounted over 200+ displays/televisions over the last several years, utilizing wall mounts, ceiling mounts, artiliculating mounts, and even mantel mounts. I have installed and setup security cameras, smart doorbell, locks, speakers, and alarms with sensors. Technology is great, but it's even more effective if you understand how to operate your equipment effectively, which is what I aim for with each customer.\n\nIf your project is out of the scope of what I do, I will be up front and try to make a referral or recommendation for a better match from the professionals I know.
