"We obtained several opinions and quotes, and decided to go with Mark and his team because they provided several solutions for the issue: 1) Install pipe underground that connected our sump pump output to a pop-up at the bottom of the yard, so that water from the sump pump could no longer saturate the lawn 2) plant topsoil and grass, so that the water had a place to go instead of just washing the mud down the hill, and 3) redo the concrete step at the base of our walkway with a gradient so that water would no longer collect there. All three solutions worked. We have since had two storms and our walkway has remained puddle and mud-free. Furthermore, Mark was very professional. The only disappointment was they were unable to pick up the roll off on the pick up date (wasn't until about a week later they were able to come out and grab it). While it may seem peculiar to complain about having the roll off a few extra days, it smelled and I was ready for it to be gone. Overall I would use them again."

"Mr. Wilburn's crew showed up on time Thursday to rake my leaves.  They had to reschedule when the weather turned unfavorable in the middle of their work.  The crew returned Friday as promised to finish the work.  Since I was at the office that, I could not hand them the check in person.  Mr. Wilburn let me mail it.  My contractor was in the house that day take care of a project and commented that the crew did an excellent job.  I inspected the results afterwards and agree.  Mr. Wilburn's company will be back next year to mow my lawn and take care of my other landscaping needs.
