"Bob is the best. A family of woodchucks had taken up residence in my backyard and under my front porch. After a few years they became a bit aggressive. He arrived 1 hour after I called, set traps at every hole they dug and he came back everyday and got them all. A skunk and a racoon also got live trapped to boot. Jason was polite and professional. He gave me a two hour window of when he would come to the house. He was there right on time. We called Jason and he came and released him for no additional charge. He moved one of the traps where there were fresh markings. "Mr. Lee is a very nice person to work with. But it looks like he is having difficulty in stopping the water leak outside the chimney area. The problem started in last November, when his brother came and put some asphalt at the joint. It cost $200. But the chimney area still looked wet. So Lee came back and redo the whole thing. It cost another $250. He told that our chimney looks structually fine though small pieces of bricks sometimes is coming out and suggested it might need rebuilding. His assistant thought it might be a roof problem. Overall, they are not sure what is happening. I understand water issue could be difficult to diagnose, but I am not not giving them the best rating as we spent $450 and still do not know what is going on."
