"Cool Breeze have always provided great service for me and my clients and have done a great job. Their techs show up on time and look professional. They walked my clients and I through the system provided honest feedback on if repairs are needs or not. I will use and refer them in the future and highly recommend."

"I was extremely pleased with both the product and the service that was provided. Joe and his team stayed in constant communication with me throughout the process. One thing I really appreciated was that he discovered that the unit that was installed by the builder was larger than I needed, and therefore was not running efficiently. He explained to me in a way I could understand what the difference was in the sizes and why a smaller unit was actually better for my house. This saved me money, not only on the unit itself, but also on my energy bills, which was a savings I saw immediately. The work was done well and on time, and the follow up service was also excellent. Joe checked in with me several times after the installation to make sure that I continued to be happy with the work. I was impressed enough with the service I received that I hired him to come back and extend my exterior gas line from my barbecue grill to my fire pit. Once again, the work was done efficiently and well and for a fair price. I definitely recommend this company to anybody who has HVAC needs."

"Ryan and his company Hometown Air do an amazing job! They are reliable and quick to respond. I love having a piece of mind knowing that when they do work its done right the first time! Ryan and I have been doing business for almost a decade. Weather it be commerical service on one of the dozens of restaurants I've operated, or residential service for my family, Ryan has been an will continue to be the go to HVAC techincian for us!"

"Had a three day window to get an HVAC inspection and reason for poor heating performance at our vacation home. Very surprised and pleased that Sierra was able to schedule us for the next day. The tech phoned to let us know he was on the way, then spent about two hours checking over the unit, corrected the air flow problem, and one other problem we were unaware of. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. We’d use Sierra again."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"We had the most remarkable experience with Ross Heating and recommend them highly. We were desperate as our a/c went out on a Friday and got a call back from Dustin who came out the next day. He assessed the problem (bad compressed) and made a “quick fix”, and got the a/c working. Our experience with everyone at Ross has been outstanding, including Damien Ross, who stopped out to provide a quote on a new unit. Upon inspection Damien found that the duct work was not attached to the furnace resulting in our cooling the attic! If you are in need of a reliable a/c company, look no further than Ross Heating. They are locally owned, knowledgeable and simply a joy to work with….from Kimberly, Elissa, Ricky, Dustin and Damian….we can’t thank them enough."

"Did a great job. Fast and easy service. Would recommend"

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
