"Was having problems with my HVAC / heat pump. I didn't want to call the emergency number on a Sunday, but I saw I could schedule service online. I picked a date and time and received e-mail and text confirmation. Tech arrived on time and found multiple issues. It was a 17-year system, which they have worked on in the past. They have always been on time and updated me on their arrival time. We went over the options to keep the system running (repairs and parts), but ultimately decided it would be better to replace it with a new and more efficient unit. Keri, in the office, provided a few quotes for systems with varying options and efficiencies. I selected a variable-stage compressor unit, and I'm looking forward to the installation soon. I will post again after the install."

"Very good service at a fair price. Service Manager Nick gave no pressure options for my situation. I elected for a new install which was performed within two days. Nick was very knowledgeable and responsive to my questions and concerns. Joe and Kaleb did an amazingly good job integrating the new furnace. Thrown together old systems now look like one streamlined unit. It doesn't just "work," it was put in with some craftmanship (HVAC art). Will definitely continue to use this company."

"This is the second time we have hired Logan Services, they also installed a furnace and central air in our last home. We bought through Travis Jones and Shane Kennard did our installation. The techs were courteous, professional and very thorough. We could not be happier!"

"Nic did an excellent job. He was very professional. He was on time, hard working, did excellent work and completed all of the work in the time estimated. He installed five faucets, unclogged a drain and reset three toilets. Nic was polite, friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend Nic and Ecoplumbers."

"They have installation issues.? I would not use again."

"Working with Riley was exceptional. His qoute for a complete furnace/hvac sytem was unbeatable. During the install he was punctual, highly knowledgeable, and incredibly respectful of our home. He finished the replacement on schedule and cleaned up perfectly, I highly recommend him for anyone in the Dayton area!"

"Mr. Wells and his staff worked with us very closely to ensure that we have the equipment that we needed at a price that we could afford.  They provided options for our furnace, answered all types of questions, and guide us to a furnace that will not only address our immediate needs but that has the attributes that will give us a worry-free operation for another 20 years.  The installers were meticulous, enterprising, and hard workers.  They arrived on time and departed only after the unit was operating as advertised.  In addition, this furnace came with a three years maintenance agreement so twice a year Wells will stop by our home to check and tune-up our unit.
Bottom line:  The customer service, furnace attributes, employees, warranty, service after the purchase, and price made this purchase a winning one!

"We have used them for years and they always deliver great service and fair pricing. Our furnace and A/C install was fast, complete, and they explained everything thoroughly. They were a couple thousand under the competition. Easy to work with. Quick response always. Even the cleanup was above and beyond. Will continue to use their services and recommend them."
