"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

He took the time to go to Lowe's with us and make sure we ordered the right door for our project and came back a month later to install it for us. He went above and beyond to help us out! I called him and he apologized and said he would come the next day and that it wasn't necessary for me to be there. He did show up the following day, and seems to have performed the work. He left a form advising of the work performed and an evaluation of the roof's condition.

Andy showed up when he said he would, we chatted very briefly and he set up and finished the work very quickly and exactly as I expected! Andy is a great communicator. If he canâ t answer, he returns your call asap and listens to what youâ re asking and the. You just set the date and time and he arrives and does the work. Heâ s friendly but also a very hard worker.
