"I love the new Windows but the communication needs improved. I'm still waiting on cosmetic repairs."

"My windows were so inefficient I couldn’t get the temperature above 63° in the winter. I used to put plastic on the windows and the wind would blow the plastic. Lol. Also there was a significant sound improvement living near Highway 441. Installation was bing bang boom and finished within a couple hours. (Installed 5 Slider WINDOWS Fall 2018)"

"Window replacement I did have some issues with the original windows installed by Wisconsin Window Pro's, but Jody did work with the window manufacturer and they did eventually come out to the house and fix all the known issues with the windows. I have to admit that I was a little upset to start with, you spend $9000 and expect quality. Jody did come through in the end and did get the manufacturer out here to fix everything. I have to say that Jody NEVER forgot about my windows and always followed through."

"Sonny was very personable and replied to my request very quickly. He had the right tools and identified the problem quickly and did a proper repair. I will use him again the next time I repair."

"We bought a house from a smoker. We hired a separate company for the decontamination and Robert coordinated with them to be able to start the restoration after they were done. He had to paint EVERYTHING: ceilings, walls, closets, trim, doors.... We replaced ~80% of the flooring with tile and he was able to put in a beautiful medallion! He replaced a toilet, fixed other plumbing issues, installed ceiling fans on the patio, cleaned up the yard, changed all the doorknobs, repaired the garage door, replaced the keypad remote.... There were so many things, it is difficult to list them all. The property looks BEAUTIFUL and we plan additional projects for him. We highly recommend Robert to care for your home as if it were his own!"

"We are extremely satisfied with the work that Square Oaks Home Improvements did on our home. From the initial phone call to the follow up to the actual work, the quality of service was top notch. We desperately needed new windows, but put it off, due to all the unknowns. Would we be treated right? Would it cost too much? Would we get quality windows? Rick and company helped answer all our questions and dispelled our reservations. From Day 1 to the final installation, we felt we were treated with the utmost courtesy and respect. We would highly recommend this company for your window and door needs!"

"Mr. Collins, owner of Overhead Solutons was very professional. He called shortly after I had checked with your site for suggested contractors. He and his crew showed up at the scheduled time and got the job done very quickly and efficiently. It rained the next day and a leak occurred around the chimney. Mr. Collins was notified and sent two of his workers up the next day. They quickly found the problem which was created when the original flashing around the chimney was installed improperly and not visible when they did their tear off. They explained what had happened to me and quickly did an excellent repair."

"I booked the roof repair job, and they were prompt to come out to first do a survey, provided a quote, and we were able to quickly schedule a time for repair. Repairs were done quickly, and there was great communication with the office."

"First, I would like to say your crew was nice to work with. We have not had enough rain to see if the job was a success or not. I would like to say that we were disappointed in the installation of the egress window well, but after your crew came back out and repaired it, it looks good. We were not happy that your crew did not say anything about the damage that was done to the rain gutter and soffit. I do not think they would have said anything if I would not have seen it and said something. When your crew came back to repair the egress window well, they told me they would go get some paint and paint it. That was not done, and that would not have fixed the gutter and soffit that is only a year old. Now to the inside, we think your crew did a good job installing the drain tile, removing the debris, and cleaning things up, however, we are not happy with the way the concrete was put back in. It is not smooth, there are stones showing, and we think we could have done a better job. When your crew came back out to repair the egress window well, they said they could grind off the high spots, but I told them not to bother because it will still look like a kid did the job."

"Hired after the recent storms for a roof repair. Will be using them in the future for a full roof replacement"
