"We have a 10 +/- year old Maytag dishwasher. The "Clean" indicater light kept blinking and we could not fix it ourselves. Per the online owners manual, we had to call a repair service company. It took no time for our techincian, Allan, to find the source of the problem; our HEATER ELEMNET went out...had a tiny crack in it. Also, Allan noticed that our door gasket was worn out and cracking (we knew the gasket was wearing out) ... we had that replaced too. Allan also shared his tricks of the trade in regards to what products were good/better/best to use with our Maytag dishwasher! We are 100% satisfied with All-American Appliance Services, Inc. and their technician Allan! (NOTE: The parts had to be ordered and shipped.)"

"A bit of adjustment was needed to get the new one in. They took out an old gas cook top, enlarged the hole in the Corian so the new cook top would fit, and they installed the cook top. As part of the job, they also replaced the gas line so it was brought up to code. The price included running black pipe through the floor and also included a new flex connector for the cook top. Two men worked about 2 hours each to complete the job. Speaks did an excellent job and his price was about $150 less than other bids for the same project. If I need any more appliances installed, Speaks will be at the top of my list."

Came back with a part days later, installed left without testing. After complaining and requesting a new service company, in walks Bobby from Mid America Electronics. After describing the issue, Bobby explained how the system functioned and new what the issue was. He then showed me the obviously broken heating element. Part came in he installed and verified the issue was resolved. Bobby was clean and neatly dressed prompt and polite! If you have issues with your appliances ask for Mid America to do your repairs!"
