Larry and his crew did some of the work themselves and subcontracted other parts. They all worked as a team with Larry as a great leader. They basically gave me a new house in less than two weeks. Larry was familiar with all trades and when the flooring guys tried to pull a fast one saying that the tile had to be cut to the wall molding (they just didn't want to remove the baseboards), Larry straightened them out. Larry and his crew did a great job and he clearly knew what he was doing and wouldn't let the subcontractors get away with anything. I was impressed. <br /> I've bought and sold a few homes in Western Colorado and used several contractors, but, Gand R Construction was by far the most attentive and knowledgeable that I've come across in a long time.
