"The electrician was punctual.  He looked at the 3 outlets and knew what needed to be done.  This was a $99.00 special for 2 hours plus materials offered and paid for in November 2014.  Unfortunately, as I am disabled I had several procedures conducted that did not allow me to cancel in time to get reimbursed.  With that said, in February I was finally able to schedule.  The only 2 issues I had - $99.00 for 2 hours of service.  It took all but 2 minutes to know what was needed.  The electrician went back in his truck to get the materials.  He replaced and updated where it was needed.  But he was in his truck for 20 minutes after his 2 minute review of what was needed.  When he came back in he fixed 2 of the outlets - one behind the refrigerator and one behind the television.  He had to go back to his truck for another 10 + minutes or longer because he forgot the replacement outlet plate in the bathroom.  He came back in and said he did not have one.  By this time it was 1 hour and 30 minutes.  He said he would get the replacement plate and replace it for no charge.  I paid for 2 hours of service plus materials.  Approximately 30 minutes or longer he was in his truck.  I received about 1 hour in service.   Then I had to pay for the materials (minus the plate to replace in the bathroom).  Even though it was suppose to be a special, it turned out to be full cost with materials.  My overall rating is based on the length of time it took in the truck to find the parts needed when it was described in detail over the phone - either the truck was unorganized or........   When he actually did the work it was extremely courteous, pleasant, professional, efficient, timely, and the work was done correct.  He returned quickly with the plate to replace in the bathroom.  I would recommend Sudduth Electrical again but it will not be a special.  It will be full cost. <br />"

"I called FINDING TIME LLC after I had made connections with another contractor that, for whatever reasons, suddenly stopped returning my calls.  We had wanted to replace the vanity faucet before Thanksgiving because it leaked and the finish was deteriorating.  Also, we needed TV wall mount installed in our bedroom.  These are both tasks that I used to do for myself, but I am now disabled and need someone else to do these things.  I first talked to Troy on Friday, November 22, 2013.  I told him what we needed and he said they could probably do the job the week after Thanksgiving.  I then asked him if there was any way they might have time to do the job before Thanksgiving, and he said he'd look at his schedule and call me on Monday, Novemvber 25.  He did call Monday to say they would be coming Wednesday the 27th, l between 8:00a.m. and 8:30a.m.  They arrived at about 8:15a.m. that morning, took a look at what needed to be done, and went back to the truck for equipment.  They proceeded to put down drop cloths all the way from the entrance to the house, to the bathroom, and into the bedroom so they would not dirty up any of the floors.  Very nice!  Troy started working on the faucet, and Alex worked on the TV wall mount.  Very little was said between them that didn't have to do with  the job at hand.  Troy got the worst of it as the faucet fittings were corroded and resisted removal.  He finally had to saw off the fittings in order to continue (I'm sure it took much longer to remove than initially anticipated).  Alex did a great job on the TV wall mount, which we are enjoying very much. <br />   <br /> All in all, they responded promptly when I called, made efforts to get the work done at an earlier date, did the job well and did not leave a mess.  We would certainly hire them again.  As a matter of fact, I just accepted their bid to do some more work for us, and this is just a week after their first projects here.  Our biggest problem in our house is finding someone with experience to do smaller jobs around our house, as most guys would prefer the bigger jobs.  We are happy so far. <br />"
