"Not long after we moved to Menomonee Falls and purchased our home, we had WASCO replace all twelve of our windows. Compared to our prior home these windows were a huge improvement! The ease of cleaning them from inside (multiple stories) was one of the best things along with a lifetime warranty. Years later there was a small issue with one and within days the service manager himself cam and inspected and did this minor repair. In this day and age that is a most impressive level of service. I received an immediate response from Robert, he provided input about the work I was considering and seemed very candid about his fee structure. He indicated he would send Dan to perform the work; Dan arrived on time and repaired everything as promised. I really appreciated Dan's attention to details, and once his work was completed he asked me to review what he had done. He made sure I was satisfied with his work before moving to the next task.
