"The installer very sensibly installed the replacement gutters to match the previous installation. This placed the downspout  about 2 feet from the end of the gutter. As I realized this would lead to pooling in the space between the end of the gutter and the downspout and be a breeding ground for mosquitoes I voiced my concern to the installer who had just finished doing a very fine job.
    After consulting head-quarters he agreed to reinstall just to make me happy. I asked if he thought a simple patch over the existing downspout hole as well as installing a whole new gutter (which he was preparing to do at no extra cost). He looked relieved and said it could be guaranteed to work well. The downspout is now attached to the end of the gutter and I am very satisfied.
    I will definitely be using this company again and will highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

Bill came and walked roof, explained material options, addressed all my concerns with various leakpoints I’d discovered upon moving into my home. He communicated promptly regarding scheduling, his crew was great, they worked efficiently to complete my roof same day. They cleaned up all the materials upon completion and showed me at different points how they addressed the pre-existing damage/leaks. I will definitely use All Exteriors again. In fact, planning to hire for exterior wall of home that also has extensive water damage (from roof problem). Unfortunate to have this going on with newly purchased home but having a reliable, competent contractor makes a huge difference."

"I called for an emergency roof repair and spoke to Melissa. She scheduled me for the same day, during the rain. I also asked if she could look in my attic for any damage and mold from my repair last year. Dale came out, within the hour, and fixed the oddly loosened shingles. He also took the time to look around my entire attic, not just the area where the leak had been. Thankfully, i had no leaks, stains or mold. He was professional, polite and punctual. He did mention my roof was old and would need replacing soon, and asked if I would like a free estimate. "Mikhael Kohn gave the estimate and tracked the whole complicated process, including calling a plumber to replace the sump pump and providing a referral to a waterproofing company, Value Dry. He was knowledgeable and professional, and quite responsive, arriving as early as 6:30AM to accommodate my need to get to work. As painful and expensive as a flooded basement is, he made it much less traumatic than it could have been. The teams worked quickly and well, taking care not to mess up the house. They moved all the furniture and stored belongings into the center of the basement, elevated furniture to prevent further damage, got rid of 4 inches of standing water throughout an entire large finished and fully furnished basement, dried everything out, ripped out drywall and carpeting. After the waterproofing company finished their work SI Restoration came back and replaced carpet and drywall, painted the entire basement, repaired cabinetry, replaced tile floor in bar area and closet where the new drainage system had entailed destroying tiles, and finally put all furniture back in place and cleaned everything up. The whole process was quite expensive and I didn't comparison shop as I just wanted to get the work done with minimal fuss. I had to do international travel in the midst of all this and felt comfortable having SI come and go using a lockbox on the front door. The only reason I gave them a B for price was that it was very expensive, with additional costs after the waterproofing team ripped out additional drywall, but overall I would say it was worth it to have a reliable, professional and responsive team and supervisor in whom I could have confidence. They billed 50% in advance and 50% on completion of the work.

"Did not go well. I was told it would be more cost effective to replace rather than repair. I understood a replacement would be of similar features, capacity and efficiency, not true. My range was a single oven electric range with 5 elements on a smooth surface. I was first offered $299.99 to replace, After a week of attempting to speak with the person handling my claim the amount was raised to $349. There's nothing on the market similar to what I had for that price. The cheapest I could find was $599 on sale"

"EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE!  Called them cold on a Sunday night from my DC home to repair many shingle caps that had blown off the peak of our roof of our townhome in OC- I could see daylight from the attic and the insulation was wet.  They were on my roof Monday morning, in the rain, fixing it completely.  They took before and after photos on the roof so I could see exactly what they had done. They also replaced a cracked vent pipe boot.
