He and his crew came out early the next morning and fixed the drain within four hours. I can't really speak to the value because I didn't have the opportunity to get other quotes. The project was a bit pricy but I believe Bill gave me a fair price. Excellent work and great people to work with!! I highly recommend."

The camera was run through the line, and received a free diagnosis and estimate. KSJ crew removed houses old cracked and shifted cast iron Main Sewage line and replaced it with 33 feet of new straight 4 inch PVC... work was completed in one day, time on site was 5 hours. (Note that all Jobs and work times are different) I would not hesitate to call the KSJ (LLC) Plumbing crew in the future for any and all of my plumbing issues and needs. Period. Gabe Judge had to go through the foya ceiling to replace an upstairs bathroom drain line which he did under budget. Justin Wilson replaced my galvanized pipes with copper pipes for the water supply lines and my water pressure is like brand new. He found the shower and sink drains clogged, so I called Mr. Pipey at 3:00, set up an appointment, they showed up same day from a job location down the road, assessed the issue, and rocked out my drain issues in the bathroom. They got there at 5, out by 6 - all clear. Professional, easy to work with, tenant is happy, cost was very reasonable and fair. I will use them again now at my rental house locations."

"The gentleman who arrived was VERY kind and respectful. He cleared the main line of my sewer efficiently and cleaned up after he was finished. My rating is a little lower than it could be because I ended up having to have the line cleared again in 9 months. Usually, it's an annual process so I wasn't expecting to need it done again so soon. I suspect it could have gone further down the line to prevent that from happening."
