We had a contractor look it over and he concluded many shingles were not nailed down and the drip edges were not installed properly which will result in leaking over time. That contractor called Trenton and Trenton said it was not his problem. We were shocked. We tried reaching Trenton and left messages and he has not returned any calls. Hopefully, this does not happen to others, but I highly recommend those in Presque Isle MI to have any work Arrow did for them looked over by a professional."

They were thorough, and made repairs to the existing wood under the old shingles, added another layer of protective felt as well as the normal felt, replaced old trim and even went to the trouble of sealing another area with commercial grade metal trim & checked and sealed holes that existed under the eaves. They circled the house several times with a magnetic 'vacuum' to pick up any nails -- our grass has never been so clean! Everything was picked up.
