"John was prompt in reaching out after I post the request on Angie’s. He was able to get Sean out to help us the day after, which was much faster than I was anticipating. Sean arrived right on time in the morning and he did a great job in repairing the drywall. He was also very professional and courteous while doing the work. He also was able to find the right paint color to paint over the repair despite the fact that I pointed him to the wrong color shade. "Our home had a simple upper level walk-out deck that essentially had room for a grill and small two person table. We were looking to expand the size of the upper level and also put a lower level in and attach the two with a winding staircase. Since I am no fan of maintaining a deck, we decided to go with Trex. Via a friend's referral, I called HDF and spoke with owner Dale. After going over what I was looking for he came by to review everything and asked to give him a day or two to jot some ideas down of other options I could consider for such a big project. When we spoke again, since our back yard faced woods and was going to be used for entertaining he suggested topping the rails with solar powered light posts. Since the upper level covered a portion of the lower deck he suggested he put in a ceiling type contraption that would trap the water and drain it out the side. The work crew was at the house every single day, including the weekend until the job was done. Seeing it go from nothing (once the old deck was removed) to what you see in the picture was pretty amazing. From our neighbors to friends and relatives do nothing but rave about the deck. It is an amazing place to entertain or just kick back with the wife and relax."

"We're were pleased with the repairs.  When the rotted boards were lifted they found that the supports on the lower step of the deck were rotted.  They were able to fix that area and complete what we had originally planned on fixing.  We bought a four hour deal and they picked up the wood and fixed the deck within the alloted time.  We will keep them in mind for other upcoming projects.

"I contacted Lombardo Restoration on May 15 to purchase an Angie's List Big Deal for $349 to repair and/or replace several electrical outlets in our home which I thought had been damaged as a result of a lightening strike during a recent electrical storm. Leonard arrived on time May 30 as scheduled. After inspecting the problem areas he determined that they could be corrected by resetting a GFCI outlet located in our basement storage area that had been hidden by a portable clothes closet. He offered to accept $50 for correcting the basement problem, $20 for replacing a damaged GFCI outlet in our garage, and refund our $349 Big Deal original purchase price.
