Repair required careful digging between the curb and sidewalk to repair the collapse with PVC and ferncos. Their work with the digging machine was like a surgeon with a knife - not one chip out of the sidewalk, curb or driveway! They arrived on time, completed the work as outlined, obtaining all permits from the city. This team was professional, friendly, courteous, and the price quoted is what I paid even though they had to dig 5 extra feet - now that's going above and beyond! Anyone needing sewer work needs to have them on speed dial for ever thing dealing with drains or mains!"

My only minor complaint would be they left a little bit of a mess on the basement floor with sewer water, but that is understandable for dealing with the sewer.
