"We have been helped by Dustin and his team and Quality Appliance several times. He fixed our home dishwasher when the main control board failed, fixed a double oven at our church and yesterday fixed our home refrigerator /freezer. Each time the service has been outstanding, reasonably priced and done by knowledgeable professionals.Dustin himself did most of the work on the earlier calls. Yesterday Brett fixed our refrigerator/freezer. He did an outstanding job and worked tirelessly to make sure it was working perfectly by the tie he left at 9:30p. His work was exemplary and the care he took in doing it and explaining it to me is very much appreciated. I cant say enough nice things about this team's outstanding service. Thank you all!"

"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"My experience with them went okay. They were pretty good. I did not end up purchasing a thing in addition from them. I just asked them to do the one thing and it went pretty well. I think that he was there whenever I was not in the premises. It was quick and easy. They did the service as expected and it did not have any complications."

"Quick service. Completed job the same day I called."

"Appliance Repair Squad was contacted due to Samsung electric dryer not heating. Jason clearly explained the necessary repairs and parts to be replaced. Repair was very reasonable priced. Jason had the necessary parts to make repair with him. Repair was made the same morning as I called for service. Dryer has been working better than ever. Excellent customer service and fast repair. Jason you have a lifelong customer."

"Overall the expire nice was fantastic. The technician was very professional and courteous. He answered all of my questions and informed me that my service call fee would be waived if the unit failed within the next thirty days. I would recommend Appliance Fixx Air and Heat again."

"Fast, Friendly and knowledgable about the appliance needing repair."

"A#1 air technician did the spring tune up perfectly. No complaints about the quality of the work. However, there is quite a bit of upselling that I do not like. They recommend some systems that may or may not improve the overall efficiency of the compressor. And they try to cross sell other services like Electrical safety check. Also, my neighbor had a very large price quote for an AC Capacitor replacement with A#1 air - and when he called the supervisor, they were able to reduce the price down to a more realistic one. This to me is an orange flag. "
