"The job that we paid for still isn't done. Gilbert won't answer calls or texts. We are stuck with an LED mirror that doesn't work properly and we can't return it because he "did us a favor" by ordering it from Amazon on his account. Paid an extra $100 for him to add an electrical outlet which still isn't done. I even send a Zelle request for a $100 refund, but no response. He said he'd replace a tile he had to remove to fit the vanity but like I said, he's not returning calls or texts. "
