Tech came out took a look at our garage door and opener took my budget into consideration installed the new garage door opener belt driven instead of chain . Also did a rebuild so I got new springs seeing the garage door was still in good condition. Technician was fantastic left everything clean. I called for help two days ago when our garage door was acutely not opening or closing properly. An appointment slot was given me within two days of my call. He was clear in letting me know what needed to be done- including the replacement of a coil which had broken- other adjustments were done and moving parts of garage door wearing down were replaced. "I contacted Aand N Overhead Door because their business card was stapled to my garage wall from a previous owner of the house. Scheduling the appointment was slightly awkward. I left a message, and got a return call within a few hours. However, the person who answers the phone apparently doesn't have the whole schedule available in front of them. When the day they wanted to come wasn't good for me, she couldn't schedule a different date right away. She had to check with him first and call me back. <br /> However, I was very happy with the appointment. He arrived right on time and knew right away what was wrong with the opener and the approximate age of it. He was able to estimate for me the cost to repair or replace and the advantages or not of each. I went with the repair and he was able to make the fix right then and there and had the correct parts. He finished the job in just over half an hour and went above and beyond by lubricating the rails not just on the garage door that was jammed, but also on our other door. <br /> I am giving Aand N Overhead Door a B rather than an A only because of the slightly odd scheduling, and because there were oil drips on the garage floor after he lubricated the rails and a small mess of Styrofoam packaging crumbs left behind on our workbench. But overall, I would definitely recommend them. <br />"

"I have used Douglas in the past for both installations and repairs, and was very happy with there service. I called them when my recently installed garage door broke and would no longer operate. They came out quickly , identified the problem and gave me a estimate to have it fixed the next day. The repair was done and surprisingly the bill was less that the estimate. <br />"

Cliff called us back promptly on Monday (within about 2 hours of leaving a message), and was able to come the same day to fix it, for a quite reasonable price.
