I left a message, and got a return call within a few hours. However, the person who answers the phone apparently doesn't have the whole schedule available in front of them. When the day they wanted to come wasn't good for me, she couldn't schedule a different date right away. She had to check with him first and call me back. <br /> However, I was very happy with the appointment. He arrived right on time and knew right away what was wrong with the opener and the approximate age of it. He was able to estimate for me the cost to repair or replace and the advantages or not of each. I went with the repair and he was able to make the fix right then and there and had the correct parts. He finished the job in just over half an hour and went above and beyond by lubricating the rails not just on the garage door that was jammed, but also on our other door. <br /> I am giving Aand N Overhead Door a B rather than an A only because of the slightly odd scheduling, and because there were oil drips on the garage floor after he lubricated the rails and a small mess of Styrofoam packaging crumbs left behind on our workbench. But overall, I would definitely recommend them. <br />"

"I'm sort of a handy guy and have put in some openers so I considered doing the installation myself.  Wow, am I glad I didn't.  The installer arrived promptly at 8 am and began the demolition.  I'm not quite sure how I would have disposed of 500 lbs of wooden doors.  Within the hour, two doors, two openers, all the track and the brackets to the ceiling were gone.  Now the tricky part begins.  I'm glad this guy had over 1000 installations under his belt.  I have a low ceiling and a high car which makes it very important to make judicious use of every inch of overhead space.  To make matters worse, there is an air duct right where one of the tracks wants to be.  Fast forward 11 hours and the gentleman hands me the programed remotes.  The doors look great, but much more important to me, unlike my wooden doors that leaked like a sieve, these doors are tight as a drum and the garage is noticeably warmer.  Highly recommended. <br /> I appreciate a guy who take pride in his work and takes the time to do it right.  A less experienced installer would have made a mess of this job. <br />"
