"The individual that did the consult was very knowledgeable and helpful. The work took 8 days. I would highly recommend just buying new cabinets. The mess after the sanding and install was more than I expected. Some of the cabinets were left with debris and a considerable amount of dust in them, the shelves were not sanded on the ends where they were cut, leaving splinters and the sawdust was in the stove, dishwasher, cabinets that were covered and in the adjoining room. The craftsmanship turned out nice but noticeable that the edges were resurfaced. Itâ s hard to resurface cabinets that are old. The new doors cover the refacing. I feel the pricing is way to high for this type of project."

"I was in constant contact with them,by phone, before  the installation. I was nervous about what I had chosen and was invited to take my time and go to the showroom to see it on a larger scale. Measuring day and day of installation the crew were prompt, very clean, very professional. Everything was covered during installation and they happily answered any questions I had.  There was a very small problem with one of the countertops fitting correctly. "Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. "First off, know that with this company you are getting subcontractors.  In this case, the subcontractor was great and did quality work.  There were some problems/delays that were caused by the Millennium team who was responsible for ordering/delivery, etc. 
They started demolition pretty much on the day they started ordering things (tubs, etc.) and so of course there were some things that took longer than expected which caused delays in the work.  There were also issues with the wrong items being ordered and delivered which I was thankfully able to flag before installation.  This was sort of an odd thing because it happened multiple times and even the subcontractor was scratching his head a bit about this.  That was just bad project management and execution on Millennium's side.  For these reasons, the overall score dropped to a B.
But, I want to say that I am happy with the end result and the bathrooms look great.  There was a lot of good on this project.  Darin was helpful in picking out items as that was a bit overwhelming for me and I appreciated that.  As I said, the subcontractor did excellent quality work, they were super nice, worked on some Saturdays, put up with our dog, etc.  In the end, the quality and look is the most important thing and that was great.
Millennium (Darin) did acknowledge their mishaps and made sure to credit me for the inconveniences.  I never felt like he was trying to duck me or take advantage, he was very responsive to all my concerns.
So ya know, good company, but probably needs some close attention by the homeowner so that you catch any mishaps and flag any issues.  I suppose this is typical of a construction project. 
Regarding the use of subs, I would imagine you could have varying quality this way.  Our guys were Jerry and Chris and they were great.

"The inspection was done through my home inspector on same date as inspection.  So I was able to get two things accomplished at the same time which is really important during the inspection phase of purchasing a house.  About three months after I moved into my new home, I called on this company again as I thought I  possibly had flying squirrels in my attic.  An appointment was made and kept with effectiveness and efficiency and there was no cost for evaluation.  No squirrels were found."

"CMP was responsive, easy to work with, and at a fair price.  My driveway is approximately 1200 sq feet and had drainage issues.  They removed the old driveway and installed the new driveway along with a drain system to ensure drainage to the street.  In addition they power washed my steps and front bricks and painted the railing.  Overall the front of my house went through an overhaul and looks a thousand times cleaner and more attractive.  CMP was easy to work with and responsive.  I found it easy to communicate with them via email.  They were responsive and found the time to get the work done despite poor weather.  I would definitely work with CMP in the future."

"I contacted Osborne builders for an estimate on finishing my basement.  They got back to me the following morning after I called later in the afternoon the day before.  Unfortunately I live outside their service area but the owner was more then happy to answer some questions I had about getting my basement finished.  He spent at least 15 minutes with me on the phone going over what I should look for in a contractor and a lot of other details about finishing basements that I had no idea about before I spoke to him.  He was extremely helpful and I am grateful he took the time to talk with me for that long even though he wasn't able to do the work in the end.  I will definitely contact them in the future if I end up moving into their service area and need work done.

"Hunt General Contracting installed my attic in a single day, after some of the other contractors I had asked had given me estimates of "1 week" and "we don't work weekends". ONE day, and for a great price as well-- lower than any of the competitors. The workers were all courteous and definitely knew what they were doing. When I asked "could we do this or this" they gave honest and knowledgeable answers. I'd definitely recommend this contractor again.
