"I called Blue Orca Appliance Repair because my LG gas dryer was not heating. Artem, the technician, arrived on time as promised. He explained that he would look at my dryer and then diagnose the problem. After determining what the problem was he quoted me the price for labor and parts. He replaced my faulty thermostats and completely vacuumed and cleaned out the interior of the dryer before re-installing the drum and putting everything back together. He told me to call if there were any issues with the repair. Artem was very polite and competent and did not leave any messes . After various loads of laundry, the dryer is working great. "Justin and DJ were FABULOUS and really impressive. We recently bought a home in Kensington and our inspection showed a LOT of issues. For example, it was dangerous to have wires everywhere under the house so they located all romex and existing wires in our crawl space, and secured them to bottom of floorboard throughout property. The lights flickered when we turned the Air conditioning on and they easily fixed that. They identified all of the reverse polarity outlets and fix them along with the GFCI outlets and fixing the panel. They also found something that my thorough inspection did not which is 6 inches of standing water below my home. Dealing with that now and not when a huge problem arises saved me thousands of dollars. They are coming back to install light fixtures and I will recommend them to anyone and everyone."

The toilet I purchased elsewhere arrived with two large bolts and two nuts missing, but he carefully cut and fitted his own hardware to complete the installation. "Simply outstanding. Arrived promptly at the designated time and immediately covered our tile & carpeted floors, as well as furniture in the immediate work area. Upon cutting open the affected water damaged drywall, he discovered a remaining pinhole leak in a drainage pipe from the upstairs bathroom previously repaired by a plumber...or so we thought. He quickly repaired the leak, replaced the drywall section, taped, and textured the wall to match the surrounding surfaces. Upon completion, he thoroughly cleaned the area. A courteous and skilled drywall professional, I would highly recommend J Drywall to other patrons and will actively seek his services for any future drywall or interior painting jobs required in our home."

"Oscar from Super Handy Bros came by, and he and another worker helped fix a flooring issue we had. I didn't have much interaction with the other worker, but he was very nice and friendly. However, we can't say enough wonderful things about Oscar, who is an absolute GEM of a human. If we had the money, we would mess up our floors again just to get an excuse to hire him back!! He is super friendly, and he is so wonderfully communicative. He responds to texts and calls quickly, and calls back if he misses a call. Most importantly, he CARES, and that's a million times more than I could ever ask for when it comes to a contractor. He made us safe and comfortable with having a stranger in our home, and it was evident that he was concerned about making sure our needs were taken care of. He made us feel from day 1 that our needs were his top priority, and he went above and beyond, and we seriously are so happy he got sent to us.
