"Fabulous! We needed our water conditioner serviced and other company wouldn't touch it because they didn't install it and just wanted to sell us a new one. Rebecca scheduled us for the following day! Steve Venditti was great, has 20 years of experience and knew what he was doing. He spoke with the manufacturer and they decided what needed to be done. He had the parts on his truck and 4 hours later the job was done. $500 included parts and labor and service call. Very fair price and excellent service. Totally professional. Highly recommend."

"EXTREMELY happy with Service provided today by Carl D. of TopCare Appliance. He fixed my appliance problem quickly, then fixed an unscheduled electrical problem, equally as fast. Then, after showing him a weird thing on my laptop, he made a suggestion how I could fix it AND IT WORKED! Carl Clearly has a wide range of skills that I will be calling on again! And to top it all off, his rates are very reasonable. OVERALL RATING: 20 Out of 10!!!"

"They truly live by the code of "you get what you paid for". The price was cheaper than expected (and they included a free estimate too). So ultimately, our slow bathtub drain was cleared. However, the technician had terrible housekeeping. After stripping the caulking around the overflow valve, they left the caulking pieces in the bathtub and told us to flush them down the drain (?!). They said the provided bio solution would clear the pieces just fine...but why do that when a trash can is less than a foot away?? Then, they did not offer to reseal the valve they just opened...just left a mess for us to pick up. As such, we will not be using them again next time...free estimate or not. If we wanted the bare minimum, we would have done it ourselves."

"Omar from All Angles provided Master Carpenter skills. Omar went above and beyond our expectations. Omar removed a wall to provide a wide open concept to our home. Cabinets, flooring, tile work,painting, plumbing,electrical,fixtures, even misc. add on's. I would highly recommend anyone who is serious to hire a contractor, get a quote from Omar. His work is outstanding."

"Horizon Services Warranty Entrapment New to Delaware, but struggling with a HVAC warranty issue with Horizon. Advice Please. I have been waiting 3 months for an Appointment to get my annual HVAC system serviced by the Horizon team. Starting this process in June, I was told that September 12th was now an Option after 10 min on hold. I did not accept this as this was another month out and I was not available. I have made no less than 5 attempts to get a service appt on my HVAC and each time, since the "10 Year Warranty" maintenance team is 1/10 the size of the fleet driving around, I was told I would be put on a waiting list to be called back. Nothing! No one ever called me. I keep calling them. Horrible! My frustration is a legal one: My system warranty was several thousand dollars on top of the new units and installation. However If i dont get a $149/year Annual Service I void this; if someone else services the units-I void this. I want a way out: 1) Horizon to reimburse or pay another HVAC company of my choosing to perform this service, and keep my warranty in tack in writing. 2) How about a business model for warranty holders: Schedule me like a Dentist....11-12 months year from my last appointment (provided not winter so my AC can be checked), they send me an appointment reminder. This is a big hassle, anyone else have this issue? PS> During my call 8/16 at around 10:30am, i told the representative this was it, if no call back, I would hit social media (Facebook, Linkedin, Nextdoor, BBB). "Never come to a person's house to fix an issue and leave the person with a problem. No matter what the problem is, let the person know and do your best to fix it, even if it costs more money. Fix it before you leave. No comebacks. You should never leave the work incomplete. I started with a leak on my pipes and they left my house with the pipes still leaking. What was the purpose of them coming? My bill is still going."
