"We have done many home improvement projects but enclosing our deck and making it a sunroom was by far the best investment we have made in our home. The products were first rate and construction was done quickly and efficiently."

"They installed a patio cover over my deck. Overall, very good. The cover is great and looks extremely nice. Had it not been for a few glitches along the way this would be a 5 star review. Those issues included the time frame of when I signed the contract and that the work was actually done. The contract was signed in May and work was not done until August. I was told it could be done in 3-4 weeks and understand that the rainy early summer did play a bit of a role, but 3 months was a little too long. They did not submit the application for the work permit until July which caused an additional delay. There was also a miscommunication about the install date and they showed up a day early. All that being said, I would use them again. The workmanship seems good, the product is excellent. I did have a leak in it after they installed, and they came out promptly to fix it. I did and still do have one other concern about a stream of water dripping down the corner of my house from the corner of the patio cover (that incidentally hits the lower gutter and is an annoying drip sound) and I called about it and was told its not a problem and that the water will dissipate into the ground. Not sure I like that answer, as gutters and downspouts are intended to move water away from the home because water dripping directly next to the foundation is not recommended and can result in water entry, mold and dampness. So I have to either put a bucket there to catch water or a splash block."

"My family and I had looked into moving into a bigger home, but that just means more junk to manage. We opted to look into more living space and cut the hassle of moving. My Wife Found Pro Home, enter Rick and his team!! Rick helped us envision our possibilities, sort out all the complicated details and was ALWAYS answering my phone calls. We had multiple quotes for a similar project from other businesses (I insisted we educate our self's) but found they wanted to sell us stuff we don't need. Much like any complicated custom project, it takes time, skill and patience to complete. But the finished product is well worth your time and money, We could not be happier! We even had the building inspector comment on how fantastic the room was!"

"We contacted Greg at Omnipro to have pavers added to an existing backyard patio. Greg was great to deal with and his recommendation of which pavers to select was spot on. The work was done timely & the end result exceeded our expectations. The clean up & repair of our yard was also very good. One minor post install issue. Again, Omnipro was very responsive. Highly recommend."

"Mark was simply outstanding! I first called him from work and that night he emailed to my wife and me, a list of what documents were needed and instructions on how to proceed. He provided several refinancing options in detail relevant to our situation. Never did he pressure us in what we should do, but rather guided us in making a decision that would be satisfactory to us, the customer. He was always available when we had questions or needed advice and always kept us up-to-date with the refinancing process. He was always up front with us and there were no hidden costs or surprises at settlement, which he had arranged at our home at our convenience. At settlement, the gentleman explained the purpose of all the documents that we signed and was more than willing to answer any questions that we needed answered. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone who is looking to refinance a mortgage.

"I can't say enough about this company and their professionalism, their communication and their overall hard work to make this project so smooth. We had an entire kitchen renovation and from Day 1, they made the process easy. They were incredibly responsive, they followed up on all of our requests and needs and they were quick to fix or adjust any changes we made...even in the final hours! Noelle was an absolute joy to work with and the installers were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We'd use them again without question."

"Steve was thorough in his discussions about the project. I'm usually pretty detailed about projects and think things through. Steve would bring things up that I hadn't thought of and my wife and I appreciated the time he took. He also considered that there were several options for our design to choose from and he walked us through the pros and cons. For example, the way that lights would be spaced on our wall between windows and doors was not technically even, but looked good given the spacing of those openings. Also, he showed us a couple of options for the size and spacing of slats for our roof vent so we could preview it before it was created.
Steve does not run a big company, so you get really personalized service. He is part of the projects as they happen. This also means that his availability to do projects varies. But, he is proactive about his availability and once he starts a job he and his team are on-site until it's finished.
This was our second or third project with him. At the beginning, he installed a sliding door and a pair of doors with sidelights that open onto our patio. These were installed about five years ago and we love them. In fact, he has done almost all the outside work on our house over the last five years, including unanticipated problem areas. Would highly recommend Steve for a job."

"The contact and follow-up by Jim was timely and professional. The work was completed in the time estimated and the quality of work was superb. Matt was terrific, both in his work quality and demeanor. He created minimal debris when he worked and he also cleaned up his area each night before leaving.
I also used Home Crafters last Fall and their work was top-notch then, as well. We plan on having some more work done in the near future and I will certainly call on them again.
