"Water valve was located in my cupboard. To replace valve, contractor had to first remove a drawer that slides on a track. After plumbing work was completed, drawer was reinstalled incorrectly, because after only a week later, the drawer fell off the track and crashed to the floor. Contractor was twice a no-show to 2 appointments he made to return to repair the drawer. Now he doesn't answer his phone when I call."
