"Dan and Tony were great ! They were prompt and exceeded my expectations. They were knowledgeable and got right to work. Dan uncovered an underlying problem of a leaking roof causing the rotting of my fascia board which I was totally unaware of. He suggested that I repair the roof section that had rotted away before any repair was done to the fascia for obvious reasons. Dan installed temporary boards to keep any unwanted animals out and at the same time allowed the roofer easy access to inspect the damage by unscrewing the temporary boards with ease. They also redirected a dryer vent that was blowing onto the back of my AC compressor and mcGivered it so that it wasn't blowing any lint onto the compressor anymore. Lastly, they installed two electrical outlets in my garage. They did a great job in all aspects of my requests and I would highly recommend Dan to anyone who wans an A1 job for any of their projects.

"We purchase an Angies's list coupon for  American Eagle Stone Work to do 4 hours worth of rotten wood repair........We initially scheduled an appointment and he never showed up....so I texted him in the morning and he
said they would be there at 2:00pm that day. The first thing he said...was he needed 200.00 more dollars for another guy to hold the wood... as we had a 16ft piece of rotted fascia board that needed replaced. 
He should just offer two hours with two guys....because I imagine he needs a 2nd person most of the time anyway.  He did agree to let my husband hold the wood and be the helper.
So we schedule with..American Eagle Stone Work a week and a half out....and then the night before at 8:52pm (when American Eagle Stone Work is supposed to be here at 9:00am to do the work..he emails and cancels saying he needs to schedule to next week. Then without even a phone call, or and email or a text....he shows up the next morning saying he is ready to work...but we had make plans to leave for the day. Not very professional.

"A job well done! My husband and I are elated at the successful remodeling of our bathroom by SBS of South Florida, Bill Shapiro, owner and workers. Our requests were made into a reality. We wanted our bathroom remodeled with a walk-in shower added and the bathtub/shower combination replaced with only a soaking tub. The toilet had to be relocated to make move for the walk-in shower. This is a job well done. The tiling, painting, plumbing and electrical installations was also completed to our satisfaction. Bill and workers are extremely reliable. We highly recommend SBS of South Florida."

"Pros - Showed up on time, one man crew. Cleaned and sealed (two coats) of sealer. Big job, front yard with a circular driveway and the entire backyard including alongside the house. Went the extra mile and cleaned our three-tiered fountain at no charge. Job looks good. Cons - The equipment used for the job was placed on our lawn and "burned" 4 round areas, killed the grass and turned brown. They did not use a roller around the pool to apply sealer, there was a substantial amount of overspray that coated the surface of the pool. This turned to a fiber-like "tooth-pick". We had to have the pool cleaned a total of 3 times to remove. Our pool service provider said we were lucky not to have any staining or filter damage. When these issues were brought forth to the owner of the company we were told they did not cause these issues and they have never had these issues before."

"Affordable Pavers' prices are absolutely the best by far as I got several quotes from other companies for this project. They responded very quickly and started the project just a few days after I accepted their bid for the job. What really impressed me right away is they did not ask for any down payment to start! The materials were ordered and delivered to my house, and no payment was due until the end of end of the first day of installation (50% of total). They did charge me an extra $350 over the original bid, but that was based on certain unforeseen issues that arose, which I agreed with and thought the extra cost was justified. During the job there were issues with drainage that I felt could have been better planned out, but in the end the drainage was adequate. Also after the job was done and they left, I notice several cracked tiles that I somehow didn't see before they left. No worries, they came back in a few days and fixed them all. They do stand behind their work to make sure the project is complete to the customers satisfaction. I would certainly use them again in the future...as a matter of fact I called them yesterday for a quote on pavers for my backyard rental property."
