"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

"There was no cost for the parts, but there was a cost for the labor. They handle my home and my rental property. They're prompt and they take care of it right away. I always think it's a little expensive. They charge an hourly rate. Unfortunately, this was one of the things where they had to sit and wait for a long time for something to happen.
