"Ananda did an excellent job. Showed up on time and even texted on his way to give me an exact time. I had a rusty refrigerator pan drain slowly leaking water beneath the crisper drawer. He had me send the model number before the visit so he could pre-diagnose… And pretty much knew what the problem was when he got here. Even though he had to run out to get the part, he was in and out in 2.5 hours. Finally cleaning up everything behind himself. Would definitely recommend and plan on using him again should another appliance fail."

Their pricing is fair, their communication is excellent, and they are our go-to appliance repair company from here on out. "DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS They up-charged the parts for my refrigerator by OVER $200 and then proceeded to charge $240 dollars in "labor" for 20 minutes of work. This was a fix I had done previously on my refrigerator for about $45 by myself. The job they did for this insane fee was performed because the technician couldn't speak English so he could not explain to me what the problem was, so I went with them on a bit of faith that it was an issue I could not handle. After the job and all this crazy thievery, was when I realized it was something I could have done on my own for HUNDREDS of less dollars. I waited to write this review until the manager called me back, which he did FIVE days after I asked to speak to them and then had to ask again. Please note that they will respond to this negative review below. Whatever they say will be a bold faced lie. Do not use this company, they are liars and cheats."
