We have a concrete patio and steps that lead down into the side yard. We must incorporate that into the design. I also want pavers that will be located in front of the kitchen window area so that we can place patio furniture there. We want the air conditioner to be covered with some kind of structure so that it is out of sight. We are also considering extending the concrete patio to wrap around the side yard into the front so that we have a sitting area in the front.
