"I have used Home Comfort on prior occasions to service my old furnace - they had replaced the capacitors and the main blower fan but on the most recent issue, the secondary fan went out. Rather than have it repaired (and seeing the number of repairs increasing each year), I decided it was time to replace the old furnace with a new one. I got a quote from Home Comfort for a new American Standard Gas Furnace with a 95% efficiency - it was scheduled for a Saturday. The serviceman was at my house at the time scheduled and had the entire work completed in about 4-5 hours. He was helped whenever necessary by an additional helper. They took the old furnace out and disposed of it and got rid of the packing material that the new furnace came with. It has been about 2 weeks now since the furnace was replaced and I have had no issues with the new furnace at all - it was done right the first time around. I would have no hesitation recommending this company for repairs and installation of HVAC systems."

"My experience with Jose L who did the work was great. He was prompt, professional, friendly and helpful. He was patient with my questions and showed clear dedication to delivering a quality experience. I would rate him straight As across the different categories. Scheduling the service was a different story. I'd grade that a C at best, maybe D. After multiple emails and phone calls that were not returned we finally got someone on the phone and scheduled the service, but they still couldn't provide us full information on the estimated cost of a simple repair. On top of that, it was a 6 week wait for someone to come out. We've been happy with Shavitz in the past but this was a bad experience. We're on their maintenance plan so we hope that will mean better service in the future."

"I am extremely pleased with the service that was provided.  I called because my air conditioner was not blowing cool air and I saw the coupon deal for a 20 point inspection and tune up priced at $69 on Angie's list, so I decided to take a chance.  I am so glad I contacted them, they were prompt, courteous, and professional.  The technician that was sent out was Leroy and he truly is the definition of what an technician should be.  I never once felt as though I was being pressured, he was honest and straightforward from the time he walked into my home.  He explained what he was doing thoroughly and I truly appreciated that, I wish all of my home repairs were this pleasant.  I have officially found my HVAC company and technician for all my future A/C maintenance and repair issues.  If you are looking for a company that functions with integrity, honesty, and professionalism look no further.  I suggest requesting Leroy, but I am confident that their are other great technicians within this company as well based on the other reviews listed.  You can't go wrong with Porterhouse.

"The technician came out yesterday, June 5th and did a diagnosis on my air conditioner as there was a significant cooling disparity between the upstairs and downstairs of our two story townhome. I was expecting to possibly replace the A/C as it is getting older. However, the technician stated the AC is in good working condition and that there was a slight leakage factoring into the cooling discrepancy. That was a much less expensive repair or fix vs. replacing the whole equipment. I appreciated his honesty, time spent communicating the issue with me and professionalism. I would definitely use All Temp Heating and Air Conditioning again and recommend them to anyone dealing with air conditioning issues."

"We have central heat, it's like a boiler, and they inspected it and they found that the hot water cut-off part, which is a significant part for operating it safely, was not in good condition. He ordered the part for us, and got it rather quickly, that same week. We like them. They have a provider there, that maintains our type of furnace, which is a Peerless. We like this man, because he knows what our furnace should be like. We've only been dealing with them for, it was last season and the one before. Our previous man had retired and was no longer available. Both times they sent somebody who clearly knows what our furnace should be like, ans when it's operating right."

"Called Ron at about 9am, he gave a time estimate of arrival of between 2:00 and 4:00pm (same day). He called at 2:00 and said he was about 30 minutes away. He arrived at about 2:25pm. By 3:30, my air-conditioning was repaired and the house is getting cooler as we speak! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Even though it is 90+ degrees outside, he didn't try to up-sell anything and fixed what was needed!"
