"Our AC went out and we initially reached out to Reliant, as their information is on the unit. Their service tech charged us $100. He was in and out pretty quickly. We were told it was the evaporative coil and the repair was $1400, including the part being under warranty. I reached out to a family friend, David Wilson, and he was able to get a tech to our house in less then 2 hours. Miguel, our tech, was there for hours. And determined that it wasnt the evaporative coil but instead the meter. They cane out without a charge and gave us a free second opinion. Im sure glad we did. They had the repair done the following day. Miguel was awesome and explained it in detail. Outstanding service! Highly recommend!"
