"The technician was very professional, spent over an hour cleaning and tuning my unit in preparation for the hot Florida summer. I recommend AIM service to anyone that needs A/C repair or maintenance. Setting up my account was easy and super affordable for a yearly maintenance plan!"

"Reliable, knowledgeable, and honest. Kyle first serviced my rental property, but noticed a major flaw in my system that he explained and was able to adjust/fix same day: saving me significantly in my monthly bill. Hired him to look at my personal property, in which he was able to diagnose an installation defect two other companies couldn’t find. Thoroughly explained the issue, my options without any pressure and then was able to repair same day. It’s rare these days to find a company that combines exceptional skill, integrity, and customer service so seamlessly. I can confidently say this call resulted in the best service experiences I’ve ever had. If you want quality work done right the first time by a licensed professional that genuinely cares, I highly recommend Titan. They have absolutely earned my trust and future business."

"Chris and his assistant were outstanding in excellent diagnostics and subsequent repair. Also honest, punctual, friendly. Having moved here from Illinois recently, we have found our HVAC company and heartily recommend them to everyone. You will be delighted in the service and integrity."

"They were prompt. They were knowledgeable. They took time to explain what they determined needed repair. I am very happy with them."

"They were very responsive with the best price for the repair. We are looking to add their monthly subscription service to all 5 of our priorities going forward."

"Highest quality workmanship and moral fiber I have ever seen in a residential air conditioning service in decades. In a world where private equity has turned the AC guy into the boogie man, Extreme HVAC gives the customer the truth in spite of how profitable it is to them. They are reasonably priced for the level of installation they perform. If you need a high efficiency system, I recommend Extreme and their Daikin fit split heat pump."

"Orlando was our tech - very professional. They came to my house when they said - diagnosed the problem & repaired at a fair price the same day. Highly recommend."

"They always find something wrong that is going to cost more money. Or they try to sell you a new furnace when you do not really need one."

"I had an excellent experience with Coastal Air and Plumbing and couldn’t be happier with the plumbing installation. From start to finish, the crew was professional, knowledgeable, and took pride in doing the job right. A special thanks to Vihn, John, Addonis, and Mihn. They were great to work with, answered our questions, kept us informed throughout the installation, and made sure everything was completed properly. I especially appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to explain what they were doing along the way. It’s refreshing to work with a crew that is dependable, respectful, and clearly cares about the quality of their work. I would absolutely recommend Coastal Air and Plumbing to anyone looking for professional plumbing services. Five stars all around!"

"I know you read this a lot & sometimes you wonder if it is true, but I never write reviews, trust me on this one! But I am forced to, as the experience I had with this company has given me hope that there are great companies out there. So, I called my long time A/C repair company & told them my A/C system was dead. They came out & told me the unit had frozen up. This also occurred 3 months before. At that time they added freon ($500) & said it was good to go. This time they told me it was frozen up but they suggested I put in a new system. I decided to get a second opinion. I called Brian at Better Heating & Cooling & the next day he came out. He told me the unit was frozen but he wanted to find out why. It took him about an hour & he proceeds to tell the cause. Since I have a 3 zone system, if one of the zones is accidentally lowered to cool at a far lower temp than the others, it will cause the system to freeze. So, Brian identified the problem but the unit needed to be replaced as the condenser had rusted out due to the leaking. He educated me & you could see he was not focused on a fast buck. Brian came back a week later with a great assistant & the two of them professionally installed the new system & also remedied the duct work. They also added 3 eco bee and 4 smart thermostats. I highly recommend Brian!"
