When it rained, it leaked and caused damage to my family room ceiling- a definite mark against All Weather Seal, BUT, I must say that I have never seen a company stand behind its work like they did. They immediately sent in a crew that tore out the damaged area, re-drywalled it, then repainted the entire Family/dining Room area, and of course fixed the faulty roof panel.

"We purchased the unlimited consultation package. Amanda is very friendly and professional. We struggled because we were looking for someone to consult with out of the box ideas. Once she understood our vision she could move forward, but innovation was not her strength. We paid an additional amount for drawings. These were detailed, and while not all changes were made as requested, we were able to get some value from them. In hindsight, I would not pay $99 for drawings. Any cabinet retailer will do these for you for free, which I did not know until afterwards. The company wants you to spend time telling them about your style, which ours is Country French. The first cabinet rendition we received was black expresso. We did a complete kitchen tear out so this may work fine for smaller jobs or if you have done this before. It just didn't work for us with distance and what we needed. I was able to find someone locally that sold the cabinets we wanted and she was a wealth of information and things moved much faster. Good luck to HMD. It's a good idea and the person we dealt with we liked personally."

"My wife and I had all our windows replaced by Hansons shortly after moving into a home which was fitted with poor quality windows. The previous windows were installed in 2000by the previous owners and cold air would come right through them. When we called the company to inquire about warranty work they informed us they do not service that line of window! We called Hansons and met with Kyle who came to our home for an estimate for our 12 windows. He was very professional and not pushy at all. We decided on their triple paned glass. We signed the contract that night and were told it would be approximately 6 weeks for the windows to come in, I thought that was a little lengthy, but they have your windows customer made so it takes a little longer. We received a call just over a month later to schedule the install. We had a 3 man crew who arrived at our home around 8am. They were very polite and clean as could be. They completed the 12 windows by the end of the day, and you could not tell they were there, other than the new beautiful windows we had! They place drop cloths everywhere, vacuumed afterwards and even took the stickers off the windows and windexed them! We were impressed! We couldn?t be more please with the whole experience! If you are looking for windows this is the company to call.
