I like to think of my self as the best problem solver around. I'm sure there's a million ways to get the job done. But I only want to make sure its done right, The first time.\nI've been doing maintainece repairs for about 2 and half years now. I started off on my own path a couple of weeks ago and I've been off to what seems like a great start. "Mike reaffirmed the price quoted, and the color of the film chosen.  He washed the window and door surfaces before installing film.  He cut the film to fit each surface perfectly and explained exactly what he was doing.  He used a drop cloth to protect any floor surfaces and also wore booties over his shoes when he first arrived.  I felt very confident in his ability to do a good job as I watched him work.  He cleaned up all scraps as he went along using a huge garbage bag he brought with him.  When he was finished (very efficiently I might add) he told me to leave the blinds open for that day.  Because of the extreme heat outside I needed to keep the extra cover of the shades away from the windows during the day.  With this film, no one can see in from the outside unless there is a bright light in the room and therefore, I didn't feel exposed by leaving my curtains open.  I did call the company later in the day to make certain I could close the curtains and night and was reassured that would be fine.  The phone was answered promptly and pleasantly.  I have a list of the things to know about maintaining this film and it's not a difficult process.  I noticed the way it filtered the brightness outside and could tell the difference in the heat level of my rooms.  The company also provides an excellent warranty.  When Mike left my house there was absolutely no mess left behind.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone.  I had called another company prior to this one and they never returned my call or email.  This company returned my call with one day and was able to do my work within 2 days."

"From the day Mac came to our house to explain options and clarify the process and price, we were sold and convinced that using All-Weather Seal was the best option to meet our needs.  Even after the initial order we requested a few minor changes and he was very accommodating.  In fact, as we placed the order over Labor Day Weekend, he even came to my work place to pick up the check we made and finish all details for the order.  After we finished the order when we finalized changes, Mac came back to my office to sign the contract again with requested changes.  He always accommodated our needs and our work and after-work schedules of my wife and me.  Just about the time we were going to call All-Weather Seal about the installation of the windows, sure enough Mac called again and let me know I would  be hearing from the installers about setting up a date/day/time to do the work.  One of the staff came to do one final measurement of all the windows and within a few days the installers came to our home on a Saturday to remove our old windows and install the new ones.  They were on time and prompt in their arrival.  They were respectful of our home and took care to make sure everything was done properly with the installation throughout the day.  As they worked they cleaned up what was not needed any more, then left the area in front of our home spotless as if they had never been there and the new windows had always been in place.  We were totally impressed with the entire process, the price and the work ethic, honesty and workmanship of all involved.  While we did not have a budget to do ALL the windows at this time for our entire house, we would contact All-Weather Seal in a minute if and when we are interested or able to install other windows or doors in our home.

They need to work on better training their people that come out and measure the windows.  Of the 4 windows we had installed from them we had issues with one window.  It took almost 4 months to get the right size in.  The managers were very apologetic for the matter, and took full responsibiltiy of the issue.  They did also compensate us for the error.

"They did a nice job on our deck. It was a real tough job and they did a nice job. We're on the water and it's not against the house or anything, it's only against a sea wall that moves. It was quite a complex configuration, and it was 80 feet across. They're good. I would bring them back again. I liked their communication and the fact that they were flexible. I like the overall quality of their work. If there was something I didn't like, they addressed it or adjusted it."
