"First service call found low freon.  Came back and performed electronic leak search, found no freon leaks, but found improperly-secured sending bulb and recharged with freon 410 A.
Wish we had gone with this company originally when we had new unit installed five years ago!  next Service found all the problems (that had been created by the original installers) and fixed them promptly.

"My computer (Windows XP) was running very slow and had become almost inoperable. It was taking a very long time to process anything, especially anything to do with the internet. IE was taking 100% of the cpu most of the time. Jim worked on my computer remotely for several days defragging, cleaning, anti-virus, malware, etc., but could not get it to perform anywhere near where it should. We decided that I needed a new computer. Jim built me a new computer (Windows 7 with racing stripes). The new system works very well and I am pleased with it. When Jim switched my files over from old to new, the Kodak Easy-Share program with my pictures did not get transferred. He has promised to make that transfer when he installs a new door covering the DVD reader which was broken upon setup. I will update this review when this occurs. I am very pleased with the new system and would do it all over again if a similar situation were present.

As he was checking things out, he would explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. He answered every question I had and was very professional. "I bought a Deal through Angie's List for a heating or cooling diagnostic service call because my inside unit was leaking. I received a call from Tasco the morning after I purchased the deal to schedule an appointment. On the day of the appointment, Laine Houston (VP of the company) promptly contacted me to advise me they were running a bit behind because of some emergency calls they received. He continued to update me throughout the day to inform me of when the technician would be on his way. Erick, the technician, arrived quickly and diagnosed and fixed the problem. He gave me an assessment of the issue and provided me with options for future repairs of my unit. I was not pressured to purchase unnecessary services or accessories. This is the second time I use Tasco and both times I have been more than satisfied with the work performed and customer service provided. They are knowledgeable and honest as to what needs to be done and their pricing is more than reasonable.
